Along with life skills, we emphasise the importance of personal skills in our curriculum. As per studies, 65% of today’s students are more likely to pursue a career that doesn’t exist. Thus, we are fostering adaptability and creativity, essential for career building. Our personal skills development approach includes critical thinking, creativity, and emotional intelligence, which allow students to engage in creative problem-solving activities, tackle complex issues collaboratively, and foster innovative thinking.
Furthermore, our curriculum includes principles of entrepreneurship that encourage our students to develop a more mature mindset. Students learn the value of perseverance and adaptability by working on projects that push the brainstorming cells to draw plans and execute visions. Moreover, we held workshops led by industry professionals who exposed students to various career paths that inspired them to explore their passions and think outside the box.
We believe in a curriculum that caters to our child's emotional quotient. Hence, we mindfully integrate emotionally brawny practices into our daily routine. Mr. Neelakantha Bhanu and his team will be conducting Mental Arithmetic sessions. Mr. Neelakantha Bhanu designed the sessions and will visit the campus frequently, at least once a quarter. He is also the academic and curriculum advisor for ODM Global School.
Robotics course covers multiple science, linear math and technology disciplines, including machine learning, artificial intelligence, data science, design and engineering. It will be compulsory for all students to design at least 2 -3 robots in a year.

Life skills are a group of psychosocial competencies and interpersonal skills that help people make informed decisions, solve problems, think critically and creatively, communicate effectively, build healthy relationships, empathise with others, and cope with and manage their lives in a healthy and productive manner.
One of our major programs for Life-skills is conducted through the LeaderinMe Program, where Stephen Covey's 7 habits of leadership is taught to the students through a fantastically curated Class-Wise curriculum headed by Dr. Kannan Geerish.
We provide students access to Counseling Psychologists (student counsellors), who continuously take care of student needs and shadow them as their guide and friend in various issues they face today. The students who face issues of any kind do get to meet our psychological counsellors on the recommendation of teachers/principals or through direct reach, and the student counsellor conducts a session with them and guides them and tries and resolves their issues from a grass-root level.
