No, Door-to-Door pickup is not at all provided by the school.

Post-Admission process, while applying for transportation, Parents can see the list of stoppages where we sent our buses. If their stoppage is not available, they can request the transport team, and the transport team will take the final call if they can make it available or not. Parents need to apply online, and once the transportation facility is approved, the confirmation email & notification or maybe a call from the driver/transport executive will be received by the parents.

Transport Fees are charged on a quarterly basis. Any child applying mid-of a quarter or leaving mid-of quarter has to be paid for the entire quarter. Transport Fees are divided across four slabs- Below 5kms, 5-10kms, Between 10-20kms, and any special pickup point.

The school books, notebooks & school uniform is available in the School Utility Store. A pre-fixed amount has to be given to the ODM Team to facilitate all these services. This is applicable for both new & old admissions.

Students also get an ODM School bag along with the books & notebooks. The parents also pay the charges for the same.

Ideally, School Books & Uniforms can not be purchased from outside stores because there will be a mismatch in the technical specifications and colour code of uniforms purchased from outside and also in the edition of the books referred. Notebooks of ODM branding will be available only at ODM Utility Store. Anyway, ODM's partnered & authorised vendor only handles these services right from the school utility store

Ideally, the parents are expected to thoroughly check the items, including the uniform trial, while purchasing. If they find any quality issue in the first 7-10 days, the same can be informed to the Vendor at the school utility store & on genuine grounds, exchanges can be done. Similarly, if there is a sizing issue, the exchange can be done max within 3 working days, of the purchase.

Yes, Parents pay an additional amount, approximately INR 15,000, to get the school tablet, and every year a license fee of INR 2000 is paid to ensure restrictions on the tablet. Parents are given away complete ownership of the tablet

The tablet will have licensed software to ensure no mismanagement of the device. This license is procured from the parent company of the tablet, and a yearly license fee is paid for the same. More detailed communications will be shared as and when required.

No, when the student is in school, the tablet can't be used for any other usage. However, if a student leaves the school, the restrictions would be removed, and the child or the parents can take away the tablet with them and do any usage they deem fit.

No, the tablet doesn't have to be returned to school.

The school is just a facilitator of this tablet and not a service provider. Since the tablet is of a reputed company, in case of any damage or repair, the parents have to reach out to the service centre for its repair directly. If the tablet is lost, parents must purchase another tablet for their children from the school.

School utility stores are open almost all days from February to April, June & July (Excluding Public Holidays & Sundays). Post this period, the stores will be open only one day a week, and the timing will be informed to all the parents & students
