These clubs are precisely formed to provide professional training and development opportunities that enable students to explore their passion and skills in various fields.
Accessible to each and every student concerning their age group, school clubs at ODM Global School promote a structured environment where talent meets expert instruction. Students are offered these opportunities to experience the enriching potential. Each club convenes for approximately two hours once a week, ensuring a balanced approach to skill development and academic responsibilities.
Forte Club
Exploring Interests and Talents
The Forte Club is an exclusive initiative to tap into every corner of student’s interests and passions. It serves as a dynamic platform where students can delve deeply into different fields of interest under the guidance of professionals. It is structured to provide a robust framework to explore and excel. The forte club caters to a wide spectrum of interests, including performing arts, science, technology, and any other field. The structured clubs bridge the gap between personal passion and professional growth.
Genius Minds (STEM Club)
It is dedicated to STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) to ignite curiosity and passion for these crucial fields. The club emphasises first-hand learning and innovative problem-solving skills through interactive projects and experiments. Students are exposed to technological advancements and scientific theories, fostering a deeper understanding of technical concepts.
Actomania (Dramatics Club)
For the people interested in performing arts, the club offers a comprehensive program designed to refine acting skills, enhance performance on stage and master the art of expression. The club introduces students to theatrical exercises that build confidence and improve the craft of acting. Through rigorous training and practical experience, students prepare themselves for both on-stage and off-stage roles in the world of drama.
Animax (Graphics & Media Club)
Students immerse themselves in the graphic design and media production world at Animax. This club provides a hands-on approach to learning digital design, animation, and multimedia arts. The club equips students with cutting-edge software and tools for creating visually compelling content. The curriculum is designed to cover various aspects of media production, from conceptualisation to final execution. Under the mentorship of professionals, students learn to craft appealing visuals, develop a keen eye for design, and understand the principles of effective media communication.
Lensational (Photography Club)
This is a club where students with a passion for photography can develop their skills and artistic vision. This club covers both the creative and technical aspects related to photography. It makes students understand lighting and compose captivating images. The curriculum includes practical photo shoots, technical workshops, and critique sessions, allowing students to refine their craft and develop a personal style.
Quizophills (Quiz Club)
This is a club for students who strive for intellectual challenges and have a thirst for knowledge. This club organises trivia challenges and quiz competitions across various subjects, including history, science, geography, and literature. The knowledge-based club enhances quick thinking, accurate recall, and analytical reasoning among students. Students enhance their general knowledge and develop strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Mediatrix (Media Club)
The Mediatrix Club focuses on media studies, encompassing journalism, broadcasting, and digital content creation. In the 21st-century world, a comprehensive understanding of media production is crucial, from researching and writing news stories to producing engaging multimedia content. Students gain practical experience with various media formats and learn the intricacies of effective communication. The club’s curriculum is designed to develop students' research, storytelling, and digital media management skills.
C.B.S.E. Club
Integrating Recreation with Educational Growth
The C.B.S.E. Club is an initiative that blends recreational activities with educational development. It focuses on three sets of skills: Literary and Creative Skills, Artistic and Creative Skills, and Organizational and Leadership Skills. A student must pick two skills for assessment based on participation and achievements. This approach ensures the holistic development of students, integrating academic knowledge with practical skills.
Sports Club
Promoting Physical Fitness and Teamwork
Our Sports Clubs offer a wide spectrum of athletic activities designed to promote physical fitness, strategic thinking, teamwork and sportsmanship. Currently, we feature four primary sports groups:
Cricket
This group exclusively focuses on cricketing skills such as batting, bowling, fielding and basic sports knowledge. Students in the club participate in practice sessions and competitive matches and learn about game strategies.
Basketball
The game club hones its members' skills beyond the basketball court. Besides skill development like dribbling, shooting, and defence, the sub-club enhances students' fitness and strategic understanding of the game.
Volleyball
It This primary club offers training in fundamental skills like serving, spiking and blocking. It promotes teamwork and coordination through practice and friendly competitions.
Table Tennis
It provides training in techniques and strategies for fast-paced skills in table tennis. Students practice spinning and rallying while engaging in matches that refine skills.
